The proposed roadway would consist of a four-lane divided facility within a variable right-of-way (ROW) width of approximately 116 feet to 310 feet. The westbound section of the roadway would consist of a 12-foot wide inside lane, a 14-foot wide outside shared use lane, and a five-foot wide sidewalk. The eastbound section of the roadway would consist of a 12-foot wide inside lane, a 14-foot wide outside shared use lane, a five-foot wide buffer, and a 12-foot wide shared use path. A 17-foot wide raised median is proposed. The proposed bridge would consist of a four-lane divided facility within a ROW width of approximately 116 feet with an overall bridge width of approximately 96 feet. The westbound section of the bridge would consist of a 12-foot wide travel lane, a 14-foot wide shared use lane, a six-foot wide sidewalk directly behind curb and a one-foot traffic rail. The eastbound section of the bridge would consist of a 12-foot wide inside lane, a 14-foot wide outside shared use lane, and one-foot wide railings on each side of the 10-foot wide shared use path.
