I-45 Widening from N Business I-45 to south of FM 246 - Public Meeting

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will conduct a Public Meeting for the purpose of soliciting public comment on the proposed widening of approximately 23 miles of Interstate 45 (I‐45) from North Business I‐45 to South of Farm to Market 246 (FM 246) in Navarro County. The portion of I‐45 included in the project would include the cities of Corsicana and Angus, and Towns of Richland and Mustang. The proposed project would evaluate the addition of one freeway mainlane in each direction within the median, and the redesign of three interchanges within the corridor at North Business I‐45, South Business I‐45 & State Highway 14. No right‐of‐way acquisition, business displacements or modifications to access will be included in this project. The meeting will be held at the Navarro College Cook Center Planetarium, 3100 W. Collin St., Corsicana, TX 75110 on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. The Public Meeting will be an Open House format between the hours of 5 pm and 7 pm with no formal presentation.
