US 175 from FM 148 to CR 4104 - Public Meeting

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will conduct a Public Meeting for the purpose of soliciting public comments on the proposed roadway improvements to US 175, from FM 148 to CR 4104 in the City of Crandall, Kaufman County, Texas. The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Crandall High School Cafeteria, 13385 FM 3039 Crandall, TX 75114. Maps and displays will be available for viewing during the meeting and representatives from TxDOT, Kaufman County, and project staff will be available to answer questions about the proposed project. The meeting will be conducted in an open house format with no formal presentation.
The proposed project would extend from FM 148 in eastern Crandall to CR 4104 - a total length of approximately 2.7 miles. The proposed project would entail the construction of a new frontage road between FM 148 and CR 4104 on the south side of US 175. The proposed project would require approximately 41 acres of proposed right-of-way (ROW) and an estimate of 0.42 acres of proposed permanent easements.
