FM 455 Feasibility Study from Shady Brook Lane to US 75 - Notice of Virtual Public Meeting with In-Person Option
Where and When
A virtual public meeting will be held at https://www.keepitmovingdallas.com/projects/fm-roads/fm455. The virtual meeting is not a live event and can be viewed at any time beginning on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. and will remain online for at least 15 days.
An in-person public meeting will be held in an open house format where the public may come and go at their convenience. The in-person option will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Springs (Stone Hall) 2600 Hitching Post Trail, Anna, TX 75409. Materials presented at the virtual public meeting and in-person public meeting will be identical.

Purpose
The purpose of the meeting is to gather public input and provide information.
Description
The purpose of the feasibility study is to analyze potential roadway alternatives to FM 455 between Shady Brook Lane and US 75 including improving an existing alignment or developing new alignments. The proposed study could potentially result in projects that require additional right of way and include construction in wetlands and an action in a floodplain. The study area is within the city of Weston and the City of Anna.

The virtual public meeting and in-person option will be conducted in English.
